How can active new user?

When user installed app, thay get MAC address. And you will see address on Panel. Just add tarrif plan and date, you will finished activation.

I want to alow 2 or more device for same user ?

On the panel, you can manage number coonection for same user. Only need to enable new MAC address (new device).

How can published app on Google play?

If you want to published to Google play, you need to have developer account. We can do all customization to be ready for publication.

What can I change when we rebrand the app?

We can change logo, design change is not included in the price. Exemple if you do not need section "VOD", this is not a problem to removed from app.
